    this phase before recovery is sacred - it’s when we set the intentions + create the plan that will set you up for following through with action steps.

  • 2. somatics

    the issues in the tissues! we’ll be reuniting you with your body, because the wisdom that’s in there can’t be silenced anymore.

  • 3. catharsis

    the opposite of depression is expression. first we'll get wierd, then we'll get weepy - because laughter + tears are the doorways to catharsis.

  • 4. mindset

    we’ll break down the limiting beliefs you have about yourself, your addiction + your relationships + replace them with new ideas.

  • 5. boundaries

    setting boundaries is of utmost importance on the path of recovery. boundaries with friends, family, loved ones + self. we’ll look where they are needed + how to tend them carefully + lovingly.

  • 6. aftercare

    the actual living life you go back into? i’m here for that part too. we’ll integrate your recovery in a way that’s sustainable + feels good. this is guided by your interests + passions.

  • no, there is a phase of recovery that starts before the substance has been let go. i’m here for that too. the preparation phase is a potent time to begin.

  • coaching clients are accepted with commitments of three months to a year. this is based on the amount of time needed to cover the creation of the personalized recovery plan + integrate our immersion calls.

  • yes! if you feel called to work with me, my hope is that i may provide solutions when needed and am happy to offer discounted rates, sliding scale + payment plan options.

  • therapy is largely based on the medical model + suggests that the therapist is an expert. coaching leads through self-discovery + does not claim expertise.

  • once a coaching contract is signed, the payment collected is nonrefundable.

  • this is a free 30-minute session to explore if we are a good match for working together. we get a feel for one another + i answer any questions you may have. shopping for the right helper is important. everyone is different, has different needs + all therapists + coaches are different! that’s a lot of variables; shop around.
